Rosie began her career at the BBC producing Fact Ent formats including 'Celebdaq' and 'Diners'. She enjoyed stints at ITV, Talkback and Endemol where she created cult hit format ‘Snog, Marry, Avoid’ for BBC3. She ran a central development unit at NBCU with her longtime collaborator Lucy Golding and together they went on to form indie label Barefaced TV. There they created international format ’Naked Beach’ for C4 and astrology dating show ‘Written In The Stars’ for Discovery+ . She’s been part of the Plum family since 2024, and recently created new format 'What Not To Eat' with Prof Tim Spector, one of C4's and 4OD's highest rating launches for years. She is a keen runner and, rather embarrassingly, Grade 8 on the recorder.
