Lucy began her career as a promo producer at Discovery, Channel 4 and ITV and then made the leap into programme making on BBC’s 'Castaway'  and Fox’s 'Paradise Hotel'. She later joined Endemol where she helped create hit format ‘Snog, Marry, Avoid’. Having formed a creative partnership with Rosie Bray, the pair moved to NBCU to run a central development unit before launching their indie label, Barefaced TV. There they created international format ’Naked Beach’ for C4 and astrology dating show ‘Written In The Stars’ for Discovery+. Lucy became part of the Plum family in 2024, creating and producing two returning talent-led series with James May and Johnny Vegas.  She is a keen runner, who is unable to stop herself baking occasion cakes.
