Katie overseas HR and is focused on ensuring that Plum has the right people and skills across the business. Katie comes from a generalist HR background, started her career as a production assistant and made the move to HR where she has worked across several industries including Fintech, Film distribution and TV.

Outside of work you can find Katie next door at Triyoga or at home glued to the latest reality TV series.
