Kate’s remit is to oversee operational expenditure including Facilities, Technology and HR. She is focused on ensuring that Plum has the right people and skills across the business.

Kate was previously Head of Human Resources (commercial) at a group of museums including London's Science Museum. She has also worked at Breakthrough Breast Cancer and as a pedagogical researcher.
