Gill has developed and produced formats for many years, spending most of her time at Betty TV and Endemol Productions. She spent 8 years in Channel 4 as head of Features and Daytime, and in that time commissioned 'Escape to the Chateau', 'Love it or List it', and 'The Supervet' amongst many others. She also commissioned a raft of documentaries including 'The Great Property Scandal' and much of the More 4 factual slate including 'Great Canal Journeys with Tim and Pru.'  She loves property shows, football and biscuits.
